SP Fitness is owned, managed and ran by Rebecca Litscher who is an American of Exercise Council certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist  based out of the Sauk Prairie area. SP Fitness is a training studio that offers personal training, partner training, nutritional counseling and small group training. We are here to help you live a healthier tomorrow.

Personal Training
Individual training sessions as well as partner training sessions available. Training options include, 1x, 2x, and 3 or more times per week. 


BOOK IT
Group Classes
Classes that are available include; Bootcamp, Core& Conditioning, Body Sculpt, Parent and Baby Camps & Parent and Tot Camps. More classes will be added in the future.
Nutrition Plans
Rebecca offers monthly nutritional plans which includes weekly check-ins and meetings.

She will just pick you back up and throw you back on the wagon!! She helped me to run a mile under 8 minutes. She was the push behind loosing 50+ pounds and over 20 inches and the reason I worked out until 41 weeks pregnant. The knowledge behind everything I know now about nutrition!! If you are looking for an extra push, or to learn more about fitness or nutrition Becca is the way to go!! She is worth every sweaty session!!!
