​Your first month with any nutrition plan includes a caloric breakdown based on your resting metabolic rate and your basal metabolic rate. From there, based on what your personal goals are, Rebecca will break down your daily calories into the proper macros of protein, carbs and fats to help you reach your goals. Rebecca will help you create a food plan that will result in high energy, good health, top performance, and weight management. Continuing months after the first month will include manipulation of this break down based on how your body is reacting. We will work together to make sure that you have the tools that you need to break your day up into several meals and that you are successful in reaching your macro goals for the day.  You will be responsible to track your caloric intake and macros during this process. All packages include; weekly check ins, answering your questions/concerns and giving you nutritional guidance throughout any program, both be texts, emails and/or phone calls. I will be with you during every step of the process no matter what your experience level with nutrition is.
