Personal Training Plans

​Private Personal Training options range from 1x, 2x or 3x per week.

Private Partner Training options are also available at 1x, 2x, or 3x per week.

Nutrition Plans
Your first month includes a caloric breakdown based on your resting metabolic rate and your basal metabolic rate. From there, based on what your personal goals are, your daily calories will be broken down into the proper macronutriens of protein, carbs and fats to help you reach your goals. You will have the option to have a food plan created for you that will result in high energy, good health, top performance, and weight management. Continuing months after the first month will include manipulation of this break down based on how your body is reacting. We will work together to make sure that you have the tools that you need to break your day up into several meals and that you are successful in reaching your macro goals for the day.  You will be responsible to track your caloric intake and macros during this process. Nutritional services include weekly check- ins, weigh ins, measurements, as well as answering your questions/concerns and giving you nutritional guidance throughout the nutritional program, both be texts, emails and/or phone calls. I will be with you during every step of the process no matter what your experience level with nutrition is.
Group Classes

Classes that are available include; Bootcamp, Core& Conditioning, Body Sculpt, Parent and Baby Camps & Parent and Tot Camps. More classes will be added in the future.

Bootcamps, Core & Conditioning, Body Sculpt sold in 5 pack, 10 pack or drop in rates.

Parent & Baby and Parent & Tot Camps sold in 6 week sessions

Bootcamp: Group physical training program that is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals that include both strength and calisthenics. This program is a great addition to your workout regiment and is built for all fitness levels. Come ready to work and have fun!!

Core & Conditioning: Combination of cardio and abdominal exercises to burn fat while strengthening the ab muscles. Helping to give shape and definition to the core area as well as working to maintain proper balance, agility and posture. The class starts with some low intensity cardio to warm up the muscles before moving straight into the abdominal work.

Body Sculpt: This class uses external weight or resistance or your own body weight to stress the muscles. The end result is newly toned or sculpted muscles. Body sculpting can help you get in shape, tone the body and lose weight.

Parent & Baby: You and your baby will LOVE this workout!! The parent focuses on aerobic conditioning and muscle strengthening while the baby is along for the fun.

Parent & Tot: Designed to create a bonding experience, encourage healthy habits and to teach new fitness activities. Best suited for 2-8 year olds
