SP Fitness is owned, managed and ran by Becca Litscher who is an American of Exercise Council certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist  based out of the Sauk Prairie area. Curranty the home of 3 certified personal trainers that are eager to help you with your health, wellness and fitness goals. SP Fitness is a fitness facility that offers personal training, partner training, small group personal training classes, circuit training in a Turf Facility, and nutritional counseling. NEW January 2019, workout on TURF. The new Turf addition, called "The Red Zone", has WOD (workout of the Day) circuits that will be set up daily by one of our certified personal trainers and you will be lead through virtually on a 50 inch screen!!  Our team is here to help you live a healthier tomorrow.

Services
Small Group Personal Training Classes​​
Core Conditioning
Combination of cardio and abdominal exercises to burn fat while strengthening the core muscles. Helping to give shape and definition to the core area as well as working to maintain proper balance, agility and posture. 

Body Sculpt
This class uses a combination of external weight, resistance and your own body weight to stress the muscles. Repetitions are higher, and weight is lower. The result is newly toned and sculpted muscles. Body sculpting can help you get in shape, tone the body and lose weight.

Strength&Conditioning (Bootcamp)
Group physical training program that is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals that include both strength and calisthenics. Repetitions are lower, and weight is heavier. Come ready to work and have fun!!

Buts & Guts
​A class dedicated to toning of your abs and glutes with targeted movements and cardio. Classes will focus on core strengthening to build muscles, in addition, it'll also target your quads and hamstrings

SRONG Arms
Group physical training program that is designed to build strength and fitness in the Upper Body through a variety of strength intervals. This program is a great addition to your workout regiment and is built for all fitness levels. Come ready to work and have fun!!

Personal Training
Individual training sessions as well as partner training sessions available. Sessions are 60 minutes in length. Training options include, 1x, 2x, 3x or more per week

Nutrition Counseling
Becca offers monthly nutrition plans which include weekly check-ins and meetings. 

Your first month includes a caloric breakdown based on your resting metabolic rate and your basal metabolic rate. From there, based on what your personal goals are, your daily calories will be broken down into the proper macronutrients of protein, carbs and fats to help you reach your goals. You will have the option to have a food plan created for you that will result in high energy, good health, top performance, and weight management. Continuing months after the first month will include manipulation of this break down based on how your body is reacting. We will work together to make sure that you have the tools that you need to break your day up into several meals and that you are successful in reaching your macro goals for the day.  You will be responsible to track your caloric intake and macros during this process. Nutritional services include weekly check- ins, weigh ins, measurements, as well as answering your questions/concerns and giving you nutritional guidance throughout the nutritional program, both be texts, emails and/or phone calls. I will be with you during every step of the process no matter what your experience level with nutrition is.

Workout of the Day Circuit & Gym Space 
Each day a new circuit is written and set up by our trainers. The circuit will be televised on our 6-screen wall monitor. No more guessing what you will do for your workout. Let our trainers challenge you!! Circuits are timed to last 45 minutes. The circuit and workout will continue to loop so others can join along at separate times. Workout at a time that is convenient for you.
