Becca Litscher
LEVEL 4 Trainer / Owner​

​Currently Taking New Nutrition and Training Clients 8am-5pm

Becca will take the time to get to know you as an individual and develop a personalized training and/or nutrition program to help you achieve your individual fitness and lifestyle goals. She will teach you how to eat right and how to appropriately fuel your body all day long and manage your meals. Rebecca has been providing personal training and nutritional counseling for 8 years and has helped her personal training clients shed weight both through proper nutrition as well as fitness and be able to keep it off.  Rebecca has helped clients lose 10-100 lbs and create healthy lifestyle changes during the process. She works with adults and youth, and is specialized in weight loss management, strength and conditioning, prenatal and maternal nutrition and fitness, sports nutrition and fitness, and youth fitness.

Rebecca is an ACE Certified personal trainer and holds other ACE certifications in nutrition and youth fitness. She is specialized in individual and small group training. Clients have included; General weight loss, rehab, bodybuilding, sports performance, powerlifting, and youth.

Kristine Holte
LEVEL 4 Trainer
Currently taking new Personal Training and Nutrition clients from 4pm-8pm M, T, W, Th​
Kristina Holte and her family recently moved to the river valley area from Teton Valley (Jackson, Wyoming). While both she and her husband are originally from Minnesota, they met in Montana and
have lived out west for most of their married life. Kristina enjoys a wide variety of activities including: downhill and Xcounty skiing, Mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, running, reading and gardening.

Kristina and her family are enjoying Wisconsin and all the wonderful activities it has to offer. Sam and Kristina have four children together, three teenagers and one adult son who is serving in the Airforce. Kristina became a certified Personal Trainer with ACE in 2011. From there, she has pursued certification in: TRX suspension training, BOSU ball, small group training and nutrition. Kristina stays current on new trends in the fitness industry, always looking through the information to see what is relevant to you and not so relevant, as fitness is an ever-changing field. She is looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals.
Abby Rogers LEVEL 2 Trainer
Currently taking new clients from noon-7pm M-F

Abby Schroeder grew up in the Sauk Prairie area, loves being in the outdoors and is passionate about health and wellness. Through her own experiences, Abby has learned about the struggles of weight loss, but has found when you set a goal and dedicate yourself to reach that goal, anything is possible!! ​​

When you work with Abby, she will help you achieve your personal fitness goals, so you can be your very best.

Abby is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and currently going through her training to be certified in nutrition. She cannot wait to start working with you!!

Rebecca Schwartz
LEVEL 1 Trainer
Currently Taking New Clients 5am-noon M-F

Rebecca Schwartz is a native to the Sauk Prairie area and is driven by her #1 passion-FITNESS! 
Thru her own personal journey with the struggles of excess weight both physically and emotionally. Rebecca understands how important physical health is to quality of life and how that has an impact on everyone else around you.  Rebecca's #1 goal when working with you in an individual personal training session or in a group setting is to help you dig deep and find you own inner Badass!
Rebecca holds a level 1 Diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition.  She has been involved in the Health and Fitness Field for a good part of her life and has recently made training her profession.
